Ampleon is the RF Power Business Unit that was recently spun-off from NXP Semiconductors. RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 0.7 – 4.0GHz, digital variable gain amplifier (DVGA) with shutdown function compatible with TDD and FDD applications. The Qorvo TQC9307 provides 13.3dB of gain and up to 40.5dBm of OIP3. Servicing Band 42, the TQC9307 is used in base station receivers, pico cells,  macro cells and distributed antenna systems (DAS). No other DVGA solutions in the market provide similar OIP3 and gain at 3.5GHz. Shutdown is controlled via 1.8V TTL logic. The TQC9307 is offered in a 5x5mm package and draws 120mA from a 5V supply.

LowDrift BAW filters have dramatically reduced temperature sensitivity resulting in improved insertion loss, longer battery life, and fewer service interruptions in final designs. The Qorvo 885075 is highly selective for B40 applications from 2300-2400MHz and offers excellent W-Fi rejection. Insertion loss is 3dB and Wi-Fi attenuation is specified at 34dB. Operating over a temperature range of -20 to 85 degrees C, the 885075 is offered in a 1.1 x 0.9mm SMT package.

The TQL9066 incorporates two, matched, E-pHEMT LNAs enabling balanced amplifier configurations with noise figure rated at 0.6dB. Applicable for the first stage in receivers, the Qorvo TQL9066 finds homes in BTS transceivers, L-Band radios and tower mounted amplifiers operating from 0.05 to 1.5GHz. The Qorvo dual LNA offers shutdown capability important to TDD systems and high gain (>18dB) for improved receive performance. The TQL9066 draws only 55mA from a 4.35V supply and is housed in a 4x4mm package.
